DE ICAZA ROCKS
Ingredients:
· Tequila Reserva De Icaza (Preferably White)
· 2 ice cubes
· Juice of 1/2 lime
Preparation:
Put the ice cubes in an old fashioned glass. Add the juice of the lime.

Ingredients:
· 30 ml of Reserva De Icaza Tequila Reposado
· 60 ml grapefruit juice
· 90 ml of sparkling white wine
Preparation:
Add Reserva De Icaza Tequila Reposado, after that the grapefruit juice and at last the sparkling white wine to a champagne glass.

MEXICAN MULE
Ingredients:
· 45 ml of Tequila Reserva De Icaza
· Juice of 1/2 lime
· 7 ml of sugar syrup
· Ginger Beer soft drink
· 1/2 glass of crushed ice
· 1 slice of lime
· 1 mint leaf
Preparation:
Fill a copper cup halfway with crushed ice. Add the lime juice. Add the sugar syrup and add the Reserva De Icaza Tequila. Mix it a little and add the Ginger Beer soft drink.

Ingredients:
· 2 ice cubes
· Tequila Reserva De Icaza
· Cola drink
Preparation:
In a tall glass add the ice cubes. Add Reserva De Icaza Tequila (to taste) and fill with cola drink and mix.

COSMO RDI
Ingredients:
· 45 ml of Reserva De Icaza Tequila
· 22ml triple sec
· 15ml lime juice
· 15 ml pomegranate juice
· 1 ice cube
· Orange peel to decorate
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the orange peel.

PALOMA
Ingredients:
· Reserva De Icaza Tequila (to taste)
· Juice of 1/2 lime
· 1 glass of grapefruit soda (can be substituted with juice)
· 1 pinch of salt
· 1 slice of lime
· 2 ice cubes
Preparation:
Run a lime around the rim of a tall glass and frost with the salt. Add the Reserva De Icaza Tequila along with the lime juice. Add the grapefruit soda. Add the lime wedge and mix.

MARGARITA FRAPPE DE FRESA
Ingredients:
· 1/2 lemon to frost
· 1 large tablespoon of sugar
· 1 cup of ice cubes
· 60 ml of Reserva De Icaza Tequila
· 60 ml of orange liqueur
· 15 ml of lemon juice
· 1/4 cup with strawberries
· 1 slice of lemon
Preparation:
Roll 1/2 lemon around the rim of a margarita glass and frost with the sugar. In a blender place all the ingredients together with the ice and blend for approximately 3 minutes or until the ice dissolves. Serve in the glass and decorate with a strawberry.

PALOMA DE GRANADA
Ingredients:
· 1 grapefruit cut into slices
· 1/4 cup of salt to frost
· 1/8 cup lime juice
· Reserva De Icaza Tequila (to taste)
· 1/2 cup of ice cubes
· 1 lime cut into slices
· 1/2 cup of pomegranate
· 1/2 cup of grapefruit soda
Preparation:
Place the top of a tall glass on the grapefruit and frost with the salt. In the same glass, mix the lime juice with the salt and the Tequila Reserva De Icaza. Add the ice cubes, sliced grapefruit, sliced lime and pomegranate. Fill with the grapefruit soda and mix.

TEQUILA SUNRISE
Ingredients:
· 2 ice cubes
· Reserva De Icaza Tequila (to taste)
· Orange juice
· 4 ml of grenadine

Preparation:
In a long glass add the ice and add the Tequila Reserva De Icaza. Add the orange juice until the glass is 3/4 full. Fill with grenadine. Serve with shaker.

Ingredients:
· 15 ml Reserva De Icaza Tequila
· 60 ml oat milk
· 30 ml of cold coffee
Preparation:
Mix the Reserva De Icaza Tequila with the oat milk in a glass. Pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add the cold coffee.

· 1 shot of lime juice
· 1 shot of white Tequila Reserva De Icaza
· 1 shot of sangrita

SANGRITA
Ingredients:
· 4 tomatoes
· 1 pinch of ground pepper
· 2 dried chiles de arbol
· 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
· 1 pinch of salt
· 2 cups of fresh orange juice
Preparation:
Blend the tomatoes, orange juice, dried chilies and cayenne pepper. In a mixing glass empty the mixture from the blender and add the salt and pepper. Mix well and serve cold. Drink along with white or aged Tequila Reserva De Icaza.
